Refund Policy
Thanks for buying from Genius Mangoes. Quick rundown on how we handle returns.
The short version
Everything we sell is custom-printed-on-demand. Every shirt, hoodie, and mug starts as a blank when you order it and gets printed specifically for you. That means we can replace defective and damaged items, but we cannot accept returns for sizing or buyer’s remorse on custom-printed products. Please double-check sizing using our size charts before ordering.
What IS covered
- Defective items (printing errors, garment defects, misaligned designs)
- Damaged during shipping (torn, stained, soaked)
- Wrong product shipped (you ordered a tee, you got a mug)
What is NOT covered
- Size doesn’t fit (please use our size charts before ordering)
- You changed your mind after delivery
- Color looks slightly different in person than on screen (monitor calibration varies)
- You ordered the wrong design
How to request a replacement
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We need:
- Photos of the issue (clear, well-lit, showing the defect or damage)
- Your order number
- A brief description of what’s wrong
Reach us at support@geniusmangoes.com or initiate a return through your account at https://account.geniusmangoes.com.
Once we verify the issue with our print partner (Printify), we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Most issues are resolved within 5-7 business days of submission.

Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
International orders
We currently ship to US addresses only. International availability may expand in the future.
